Why Pride Is A Deadly Sin

pride enlarges our egos, gives us the idea that we are better than the rest, makes us rude and difficult to reason with, turns us into one sided idiots, makes us into satan's minions, and destroys our spirit all while glorifying the idea that we are better than you, frown on pride and promote humble behaviors and ownership of ALL choices we make, that's everything. we need to stop teaching children about self esteem, advocacy, and self centerdness, when we should teach them hard work, earning your way, factual learning, importance of being humble, and owning up to choices. we should silence pride and vocalize the humble. i'm posting this because it's christmas time again and people get so caught up in themselves, especially children. remember this, shame is the source of pride. people often become prideful because they know they are wrong but want the world to reassure them they are right when they know better. guess who learned that lesson the hard way, a certain 16 year old boy with a mop top, and a mark on his eye. don't be prideful this christmas, give the gift of giving, not self. merry christmas(i will not be politicly correct)
